| Industrial Troubleshooting in Industrial and/or Hydrocarbon Facilities |

We provide industrial troubleshooting personnel and instrumentation for the location and correction of power circuit faults, control circuit faults or mis-connections, circuit identification and insulation repairs.
Pneumatic instrumentation loops and/or electronic circuits for SCADA and other loops may be checked, tested and put back into operation by the industrial troubleshooting with instrumentation readily available and provided by us. Pulse type/differential pressure and ultrasonic metering systems can also be repaired with our personnel and instrumentation. Sound systems, ESD systems may also be checked, tested and repaired. We have one mobile van located in San Diego, CA for any required industrial troubleshooting services in the United States.

The San Diego office maintains a complete set of hand and power tools for an eight man crew to go anywhere in the U. S. A. at any time.This equipment including test equipment for electrical and electronic testing is maintained in a ready state in a one ton van.The list of equipment includes but is not limited to hydraulic bending equipment for pipe or conduit, manual pipe bending equipment for smaller diameters, scaffolding, ladders, hande tools for ewight craftsmen including meters, hipotential testers and phase rotation indicators.

Four plotters are maintained in a ready state for use with all versions of Autodesk sofrtware from Revision 14 onward. Drawings can be plotted in all sizes fro A1 downward. Existing drawings can be scanned with an Ideal scanner and updated or changed then can either be re-plotted and/or stored on magnetic medium for archives.
Personnel and equipment are available for immediate 24 hour per day responses.
