PHAN-NIC ENGINEERING was organized in 1976 by a Vietnamese retired Director of The Institute de Pasteur and two electrical engineers that had been employed by Brown and Root Europe on the British Petroleum FORTIES PROJECT in the North Sea. The primary services of the PNE Group have been for the past thirty years, the providing of pre-commissioning and commissioning service for remote projects around the world where portions of the projects are pre-fabricated and prepared for installation remotely. These services have been primarily electrical, instrumentation and mechanical.
